Our largest room type with a private balcony, for 1–4 people
Studio XL is our most spacious room—or should we say apartment—at 47 square meters, with its own balcony on the fifth floor. There is a Studio XL available at Finn.
In Studio XL, you’ll find a private kitchen, spacious closets, and the freedom to furnish the room however you like. The TV and desk are on casters, and the ceiling light hangs from a track. You’ll also have your own washer and dishwasher, as well as a private furnished balcony with views of Lund’s most beautiful areas. Thanks to the sofa bed, this apartment comfortably sleeps four people.
Studio XL is equipped with the following:
160 cm Jensen bed
Sofa bed (140 cm wide) that sleeps one adult or two children
2 TVs with the channels SVT1, SVT2, SVT24, SVTB (Children’s Channel), Kunskapskanalen, and TV4
Spacious closets
Fully tiled bathroom with bathtub, heated floors, towel warmer, and hair dryer
Fully equipped kitchen (without oven) and a NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto that makes really good coffee. You can buy capsules via the touchscreen kiosk in Finn’s Kitchen.
Washer-dryer combo and dishwasher. Laundry detergent and dish soap are available for purchase via the touchscreen kiosk in Finn’s Kitchen.

Other things worth knowing
Rooms are cleaned once a week, and towels are changed at that time. Additional cleaning and towels can be purchased either at the time of booking. Please note that cleaning is not included in the monthly rate or in promotions at heavily discounted prices.
If you’re staying in a Studio XL, you can have guests over—one adult or two children can sleep comfortably on the sofa bed. Extra beds are not available.
Please notify staff of any visiting guests; they will be charged 100 SEK per person. Bedding can be taken from the laundry room.
Extendable dining table—perfect when the family comes to visit.
A crib is available for a fee of 100 SEK. Please contact our hosts 24 hours before arrival.
